Label placement
The label sits above the ring unless the room above it is smaller than the label plus the ring's outward reach, in which case it sits inside the ring's block-start corner. The overlay measures the label and the ring's outline offset and width, so the choice follows the tokens. Placement is internal; there is no prop for it.
